• 50% deposit of invoiced amount is required to secure services on required date, booking is not confirmed until deposit is received.

• Deposits are non refundable and only transferrable under consideration of Trove management

• Transport fees are additional to the rates above. Please enquire for transport fees.

• We understand every bride is different and our hair and makeup artists can be booked separately or as a package. Please note Trove has the right to change any stylist booked last minute due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances. 

• Trials are recommended and is a chance to discuss your makeup/hair style, wedding theme, colour schemes, bridesmaids makeup etc. Reference photos are recommended to bring to your trial. Please note if you request to have your trial far in advance we can't guarantee the same stylists will be available.

• Booking minimum of 10 million IDR applied to wedding bookings, please enquire for details on our minimum booking. 

• Bookings maybe altered up to 1 month prior to the wedding date. Any reductions in booking size after this period will still be charged at original invoiced price. Any reductions must stay above the minimum booking and any additions are subject to staff availability.
